About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking an A&P Mechanic to join our team in a role that blends traditional A&P work with specialized composite repair and refinishing. You’ll ensure aircraft meet FAA and company standards before returning to service, while growing your expertise in paint operations and composite work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform airframe maintenance and structural/composite repairs.
• Inspect, repair, and fabricate components like radomes, fairings, and control surfaces.
• Prep, remove, and reinstall panels/controls to support paint operations.
• Inspect finished paintwork for quality and accuracy.
• Document all work per FAA and company requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain calibrated shop tools.

Requirements:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience, with structural/composite focus.
• Preferred: paint/refinishing experience and Designated Inspector qualification.
• Knowledge of composite lay-up, vacuum bagging, resin systems, and curing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., pass background check, and meet FAA drug/alcohol testing requirements.
