Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (CPA required). This role is critical in supporting reconciliations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in hands-on reconciliations and month-end close procedures and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform and review account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support financial statement preparation and compliance with GAAP.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
