Key Responsibilities:

• Afternoon Routine: Meet the child at the bus stop and transition from school to home.
• Activity Transportation: Drive to after-school activities such as baseball, football, and clubs.
• Engaging Care: Supervise and interact with the child in a safe, engaging manner.
• Effective Communication: Provide timely updates to parents and Jovie Management.
• Safe Environments: Ensure safety and well-being throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Childcare Experience: At least 1 year of in-home childcare experience, paid or unpaid.
• Age & Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable Transportation: Must be comfortable driving children and have a safe driving record.
• Tech Skills: A smartphone with a reliable data plan for communication.
• Attributes: Responsible, proactive, and communicative, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
