### About the Role
We're looking for experienced Business Analysts with an Agile mindset to join our team. Some of our BAs work directly in a traditional Business Analyst capacity, while others collaborate closely with Product Owners. In this role, you will use Agile methods to analyze, define, and document business requirements, ensuring the development of high-quality software applications that align with stakeholder needs.
### What You'll Do
- Gather and clarify business and functional requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to break down large epic stories into features and user stories that the development team can effectively implement.
- Partner with Agile teams throughout product development, testing, and implementation to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Assist Product Owners with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, user acceptance testing, and overall product strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with technical and non-technical team members by building trust and promoting open communication.
### What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is eager to learn, open to new ideas, and excited about creating solutions for both new and existing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and enthusiastic about Agile methodologies.
#### Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
- 2+ years working in an Agile environment with a strong Agile mindset; familiarity with Scrum and the role of Product Owner.
- Experience using Jira or similar tools for project tracking and management.
- Scrum certification (CSM or CSPO) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
### Location & Work Authorization
- This is a remote role, but candidates must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, as occasional office visits may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no subcontracting or visa sponsorship available).
