What You'll Be Doing:
- Utilize agile methods to analyze, define, and document business requirements, ensuring the delivery of valuable software applications that meet stakeholder needs.
- Conduct requirements gathering by identifying and clarifying business and functional needs through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to break down large epics into features and user stories that are clear and actionable for the development team.
- Work closely with agile teams throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, user acceptance testing, and other key tasks.
- Build strong relationships and develop trust with both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including gathering requirements for software development, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- 2+ years of experience in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Scrum processes and the role of a Product Owner.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Location & Work Requirements:
- Must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL. The role is primarily remote, but occasional in-office visits may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no subcontracting or visa sponsorship available).
