Job Description

Job Brief:
Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and tools to solve complex problems and enhance our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.

  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.

  • Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary.

  • Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively.

  • Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency.

  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.

  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

  • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.

  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
