Job Summary

All Saints Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Summer Camp Aides to assist with our vibrant and engaging summer program for children. The Summer Camp Aide will help supervise children, assist with activities, and contribute to a safe, faith-filled, and fun environment for campers. This is an ideal position for high school or college students interested in education, youth ministry, or childcare.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively engage with campers during indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, games, and field trips
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of daily activities and camp materials
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
• Model positive behavior and support the mission and values of All Saints Academy and the Catholic Church
• Assist Camp Director and staff with group management and transitions
• Provide basic first aid when needed and report any injuries or concerns to the Camp Director
• Maintain a clean and organized camp environment

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Friendly, patient, and energetic with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others
• Willingness to uphold the Catholic values and faith-based mission of All Saints Academy
• Must complete Safe Environment training and pass a background check (provided upon hire, if applicable)
