We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of our charge master, supporting clinical departments, and enhancing revenue cycle processes. ### Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily maintenance and quarterly audits of the charge master system.
- Prepare and manage departmental builds within the charge master database.
- Identify opportunities to improve charge capture processes and ensure compliance with billing regulations.
- Research billing and coding regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates.
- Review and validate front-end charge capture tools to maintain accuracy in patient billing.
- Support audits, pricing reviews, and coding changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IT, and clinical departments to align EPIC and charge master functions.
- Contribute to special projects supporting finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulations by attending workshops, networking, and reviewing professional publications.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information at all times.
### What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue integrity.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle, finance, or healthcare billing.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of CPT coding and third-party billing requirements.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare finance.
- EPIC Certification (Resolute Charge Capture).
- RHIA certification or other relevant healthcare credentials (e.g., Radiology Technician, RN).
