| Assembly Maintenance Set up will address basic maintenance red lights as well as perform minor assembly machine | |||||||||
| troubleshooting, ranging from removing stuck parts from the inside of the machine to simple machine resets. | |||||||||
| Perform all Assembly operator tasks (loading/unloading parts, scanning, filling out paperwork, etc.). | |||||||||
| Perform machine sample checks. | |||||||||
| Complete the maintenance set-up daily machine checks. | |||||||||
| Answers basic machine red lights such as HMI resets, inside machines with approved tools (i.e. tweezers, etc.) | |||||||||
| Elevating machine issues to Assembly Mainteance, including proper paperwork (maintenance work orders). | |||||||||
| Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. | |||||||||
| Assist other Assembly operators and set ups during slow periods. | |||||||||
| will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. | |||||||||
| May have daily overtime required at short notice. | |||||||||
| This position will be required to advance from entry level to Level I to Level II via testing. All to be completed within | |||||||||
| 26 weeks. | |||||||||
