A rapidly growing litigation firm specializing in plaintiff-side labor and employment law is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join their accomplished team. Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, review, and revise complex class action settlement agreements and related contracts.
• Settlement Processes: Prepare motions for court approval of class action settlements and collaborate with settlement administrators to ensure smooth administration.
• Document Preparation: Develop and refine class action notices, claim forms, and related materials to meet compliance standards and maintain clarity.
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor settlement administrators to ensure adherence to court-mandated processes and instructions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in employment litigation.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Preferred experience with class action settlements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
