• Job Responsibilities:  
• Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art Automatic Screen Printing presses. 
• Set up and tear down jobs efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. 
• Expertise in quickly aligning multi-color jobs with precise micro-adjustments. 
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the printing presses. 
• Follow work orders meticulously, completing tasks promptly. 
• Efficiently load and unload shirts onto the press with a keen eye for detail. 
• Collaborate with support staff to create a productive and efficient work environment.

Skills and Character Requirements:  
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure optimal efficiency.  Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.  Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Creative problem-solving skills.  Physical ability to stand and operate the press for extended periods.  Capability to lift and handle loads of 50+ pounds.   

Skills and Experience:  
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating automatic screen printing presses.  Proficiency in printing and mixing plastisol ink is required.  Experience with water-based inks is a plus, though not mandatory.   

Additional Job Responsibilities:  

Precision Ink Mixing: Accurately measure and mix ink by grams, ensuring consistency in color and quality throughout the printing process. 
Film Alignment: Execute timely and precise alignment of films and registration marks on the Alignment table, guaranteeing accurate placement for the printing process. 
Screen Preparation: Skillfully expose screens using the Vacuum Exposure unit, and follow through with thorough washing, drying, and taping of screens to maintain optimal print quality. 
Quality Print Production: Demonstrate expertise in producing sharp and smooth prints on a diverse range of fabrics, showcasing a keen eye for detail and adherence to quality standards.
