Apple Autos is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Detailer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive detailing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and manage a team of detailers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, interior cleaning, paint and fabric protection applications.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure high-quality detailing standards are met.
  • Oversee daily operations of the detailing team and assign tasks as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and provide feedback to junior detailers to improve skills and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and ensure proper usage.
  • Handle client inquiries and address concerns professionally.
  • Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Stay updated on new detailing techniques and products.
  • Inspect vehicles for cosmetic damage and report any issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Follow safety protocols and always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Monitor and ensure all tasks are performed in a reasonable time frame.
  • Support and ensure all employees are staying on tasks and completing jobs on time.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in automotive detailing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of advanced detailing techniques, tools, and products.
  • Valid driver’s license.
