Summary

Join our dynamic team at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa as a Banquet Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during banquet events, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for mixology will shine as you craft unique drinks and engage with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless service during events.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on-call hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
