Job Summary: As a Bartender at Hammock Dunes Club you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for our members and their guests. Your expertise in mixology, combined with your dedication to providing a top-tier experience, will ensure that our members enjoy every visit to our club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Service:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
  • Craft signature cocktails and manage inventory to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available.
  • Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular beverage recipes.
• Customer Service:
  • Greet members and their guests warmly, offering personalized service and accommodating special requests.
  • Engage with members to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Operational Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage bar supplies, including stocking as necessary.
  • Perform opening and closing duties and ensuring the bar area is prepared for the next shift.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about club policies and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-end or private club environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to operate a POS system
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the club's standards of excellence.

Education & Certification:

• 2-3 years Bartending Experience
• Relevant bartending certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) are preferred.
