Shift: Evening
Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour
Hours: 7:00p - 7:00a
Recruiter Contact: Savannah Paxton at  spaxton@pennstatehealth.psu.edu SUMMARY OF POSITION: Demonstrates competency with interventions and clinical judgment based on unit population and age specific needs.  Delivery of a variety of mental health treatment modalities, including psycho-educational groups, milieu management, and behavior modification strategies. Provides assistance to the primary nurse in management of patient needs and support services for effective completion of daily routine. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
  • Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience
  • AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period 
  • PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.
