-Accurate data entry of A/R and A/P for multiple entities
-Coding to correct cost centers
-Invoicing and entry
-Reconciliations of bank accounts and other reports
-Support and back up as needed, Accounting Manager and Staff
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
-3+ years data entry experience required and additional bookkeeping knowledge a plus
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- QuickBooks proficiency required
-Team player
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Excellent communication, in both written and spoken word
- Self-starter with Problem-solving and organizational skills
