Key Responsibilities: • Accounting and Finance: o Prepare bi-weekly payroll for a staff of 36 and ensure compliance with governmental reporting requirements. o Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks. o Prepare monthly financial statements and present them to the Finance Council. o Assist in the preparation of the annual parish budget. o Oversee annual parish and diocesan reporting processes. • Human Resources: o Perform HR duties, including staff onboarding and benefits coordination. o Support staff and volunteer management in collaboration with parish leadership. • Administration: o Collaborate with the Finance Council, Parish Council, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with parish goals and compliance with diocesan standards. o Maintain a thorough understanding of business principles and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. o Handle additional duties as required to support parish operations.
