Business Development Manager - Staffing

Tava is seeking a Business Development and Sales professional, who has a proven track record of creating long-term value for organizations. We are looking for Information Technology Staffing professionals who are customer-obsessed and prepared to solve the complex and changing staffing and recruiting needs of our customers. Candidates will possess strong communication and self-management skills, as well as the ability to complement a seasoned delivery team, in an ever-evolving industry landscape.

The ideal candidate would have previous sales experience in a contract or fulltime staffing environment, preferably working with large enterprises in a fast-paced environment. The opportunities are endless and the chance to be a part of this elite team, is a great place for someone to grow within the organization. Requirements:

  • Implement innovative and relationship-driven techniques to attract new customers and reinforce existing customer business.
  • Maintain bountiful relationships with customers and address their hiring needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver a variety of pitches to customers that reinforce the Tava brand.
  • Foster a collaborative, cross-selling driven environment within Tava.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with client hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process once candidates accept an offer.
  • Provide general administrative support, and other duties, as assigned.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
