Job Summary

As an In-Person Business Development Representative (BDR) at Visualogyx , you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. You will focus on engaging industrial, energy, and financial services companies that require robust inspection and compliance solutions . Your work will contribute directly to Visualogyx’s sales pipeline, supporting our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research target customers within industrial, energy, and financial services sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to Visualogyx's inspection and compliance solutions .
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Represent Visualogyx at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and develop relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets , including outreach volume, lead qualification, and meeting bookings.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation , preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, energy, or compliance solutions .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly .
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person networking, and handling objections professionally .
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background or interest in industrial operations, inspections, compliance, or financial services is beneficial.
