Business Development Representative (BDR)

High-Earning Sales Role | Remote Flexibility

Position Overview
Are you a hunter who loves the thrill of the chase? Do you thrive on closing deals, making money, and proving people wrong? Winston Industries is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales growth and dominate the competition.

This role is all about cold calling, prospecting, and hustling to build a pipeline of business. You’ll be the decision-makers' first point of contact, selling them on why Winston is the only choice.

The Details
Your journey at Winston begins by diving into our Sales Training and spending time in the factory to get a solid grip on what we do. You’ll scope out the competition and map out a game plan for prospecting—because winning starts with knowing the playing field.

Then, it’s time to hit the phones! Expect to make 100+ cold calls a week, tackle tough objections, and turn prospects into real opportunities. As you build momentum, you’ll expand the prospect list, deliver solid leads each month, and by month six, you’ll not only have mastered the game—you’ll have the numbers (and commission checks) to prove it.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of high-volume cold calling with a proven track record.

  • Confidence and charisma

  • Strong rapport-building skills—buyers like you before they buy from you.

  • Resilience & persistence—you’re not deterred by rejection.

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of electronics, foodservice, or manufacturing.

  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Ability to leverage social media, email, and other creative outreach tactics.
