We are looking for a Business Development Sales Specialist to support our growth by generating leads, pitching recruitment services, and onboarding new business owners. This is a remote role with a focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Use tools like Outreach.io and Hunter.io to identify business owners and decision-makers in industries like healthcare, industrial, robotics, automotive, call centers, and small businesses.
• Sales Outreach & Pitching: Contact leads through email, Google Voice, and Microsoft Teams to pitch recruitment services.
• Setting Meetings: Schedule 2 meetings during the first week of training and 5 meetings per week after, totaling 20 meetings per month.
• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and manage communication via email and phone.
• Onboarding Business Owners: Onboard at least 1 business owner per week, aiming for 3-5 clients per month.
Tools & Requirements:
• Google Voice for calls
• Microsoft Teams for video meetings
• A business email connected to a shared calendar
• A laptop, headset, and stable internet (Must have your own equipment)
• Complete an internet speed test
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience (startup experience preferred)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to close deals and meet sales goals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
Training & Process:
• Training: 2-4 hours of training on company services, sales pitch, and tools
• Trial Period: Set 2 meetings in the first week, then 5 meetings per week thereafter
Compensation & Benefits:
Bonus based on performance for hitting monthly targets (up to $75 USD per client onboarded)

After 90 days if you hit your monthly goals, you will receive a $3 pay raise. Pay will go up to $11 per hour plus $75 client and fulltime employment which is 30 hours per week.
Starting off you would be working 20 hours per week for $8 with a $50 bonus per client onboarded the hours are 9:00am-2:00pm EST. (12-1:00pm Lunch unpaid)
