Salary: $30,000-300,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze workload distribution across teams to ensure balanced staffing and operational efficiency, minimizing bottlenecks in critical processes.
  • Lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives to streamline business operations, enhance scalability, and improve overall resource utilization.
  • Evaluate staffing needs, implement data-driven scheduling, and ensure alignment with operational goals to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve the customer service experience by optimizing call center operations using trend analysis and data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance enterprise-wide effectiveness.
  • Perform advanced sales and revenue analyses to identify customer insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects that align with enterprise objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, agents, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years in business operations, enterprise systems, or call center management with a strong focus on analytics and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel for operational reporting and analysis.
  • PMP or CAPM preferred.
