Job Title: CAD Technician/Designer
Location: Leander, TX
Salary: 25-40 an hour 
Requirement: Experience in residential framing, wind bracing or foundations

Position Overview
The CAD Technician/Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential construction projects. This role involves collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed CAD drawings for residential framing and foundations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand design requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all designs.
• Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Maintain organized CAD files and documentation for easy access and reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician or CAD Designer.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of residential framing and foundations.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
