Position Overview:

• Competitive compensation packages with a starting CPM of $0.405 per driver
• Earn between $2500 and $2800 weekly per driver!
• Average weekly mileage ranging from 6300 to 7000 miles
• Additional compensation for detention pay, short haul pay, breakdown pay, stop pay, and holiday bonuses
• Home time: A minimum of 3 weeks out with 3-4 days of home time
• Freight Hauled: Mainly Dry Goods
• Equipment: Sleeper Trucks and Dry Van Trailers
• Rider & Pet policy from day one
• Drivers have the option to go home with the truck
• Team drivers must reside within 100 miles of each other

Additional Details:

• HazMat certification not required
• Haz-Mat Pay Info: $0.03 CPM more on all HazMat loads
• Long Form Physical required upfront
• PSP will be scored by USAT
• PSP violations will not count toward citation totals unless listed on the MVR

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 21 years old or above
• Minimum Experience: 12 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Valid CDL in the state of residence prior to application
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
• No DWI/DUI Convictions in the past 3 years
• No instances of truck abandonment at unauthorized locations in the last three years
• Team drivers must reside within the same state
• Must meet all DOT physical requirements
• Must pass urine drug screening
• No history of positive drug and/or alcohol use
