Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee corporate tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct financial audits and year-end close activities.
Utilize QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial management.
Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles and standards.
Assist clients or the organization in meeting financial objectives through precise and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Proficiency in QuickBooks , financial audits, year-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong expertise in corporate tax , with 5-10 years of experience.

Education & Certification:

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Commitment to obtaining CPA certification quickly if not already certified (flexible for highly competent candidates).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
