Summary

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Childcare Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood development and be able to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate and developmentally suitable learning activities, including arts and crafts, music, games, and outdoor play.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Observe children's behavior and development, and communicate observations to parents and other staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
• Assist with daily routines, such as diaper changing, potty training, feeding, and nap time, etc.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the childcare program.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all relevant childcare regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of experience working with young children in a childcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
