Qualifications:

•CDL Requirements: Must have a valid Class A CDL.

•Experience:

  • 6 months verifiable local, regional, or OTR in the last 12 months, OR
  • MVR Requirements: Relatively clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with:
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 36 months.
  • No more than 3 accidents or incidents in the last 3 years.
  • No moving violation of 15 MPH over the speed limit in the last 12 months.
  • Drug Test: Must pass a DOT drug test and must not have failed or refused one in the past 5 years.
  • Location: Must reside within 75 miles of Jacksonville, FL.

Important Notes:

•Candidates who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test are NOT eligible.

•All DOT recordable incidents will be reviewed (except roll-over or head-on collisions in CMVs, which must be at least 3 years old).
