Requirements: - Experience: Each driver must have at least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience. While we prefer over-the-road or regional, we’re open to those with local experience.
- Location: Drivers must live within 100 miles of each other for optimal team coordination.
- Clean Record: No failed or refused DOT drug tests, regardless of how long ago. SAP completions are not accepted.
- Qualifications:
- Maximum of two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, rear-end preventables, jackknifes, or rollovers.
- No terminations for any reason from the most recent job.
- Up to one certain moving violation in a personal vehicle over the last three years; none permitted in a commercial vehicle.
- No felonies in the past seven years (no exceptions for sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the past three years.
Life on the Road:
This is primarily dry van freight, and while there’s only a 5% chance of touch freight, we mostly keep our drivers busy on the open road. If you live east of I-35, expect to be out for 3 weeks at a time (4 weeks if west), all while knowing you'll have steady work and substantial income.
