Job Overview:
Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning Group is hiring! We’re looking for hardworking and dependable cleaners in Worcester County (MA), and Windham County (CT). We’re ready to work with your availability to build a schedule that works for you! The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces, in alignment with MB Corp’s high standards. The role requires attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service while performing all cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to rooms, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and office spaces, adhering to company guidelines.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Properly dispose of trash and waste, ensuring all wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain hygienic environments.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed and notify management of low inventory.
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to client property to management.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with clients to uphold MB Corp’s reputation.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings preferred.
• General customer service experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Effective time management to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions for extended periods.
