Tamaki Law, a reputable personal injury law firm, is currently hiring for the position of full-time Clerical Office Assistant. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
2. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
3. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems both in physical and digital formats.
4. Assist with managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
6. Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification relevant to office/clerical/legal skills is a plus.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
7. Familiarity and/or experience with legal office procedures is an advantage.
