Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Submit answers for medical billing and coding tasks related to patients' accounts
• Recalling information for client accounts
• Handling client emails efficiently and professionally
• Closing accounts accurately and in compliance with company policies
• No phone calls for handling patients' accounts; all communication to be done via email

Client Services Representative Requirements:

• No previous experience needed, our client is looking to hire someone that is eager to learn and expand their career in healthcare
• Proficiency in typing and tech savvy
• High school degree
• Able to work in fast pace environment
