Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Clinical Data Abstractor to support critical data collection and coding efforts. In this role, you will abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet the standards and requirements of various target registries. Key Responsibilities:

Abstract patient information from electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accuracy and compliance with registry requirements.
Maintain a high-quality standard, achieving a 98% or higher Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) score.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
Proficiency with EMR systems.
Proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data abstraction tasks.
Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
Availability to commit to at least 60 abstraction hours per month.
