Job Description

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a leadership role in  pediatric home health care ? We are hiring a  Clinical Services Director in  Orlando, FL to ensure top-quality patient care and compliance in our home health services. This pivotal position supervises skilled nursing and personal care services for pediatric clients, especially in the areas of  private duty nursing and  Medicaid services .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the supervising nurse, guiding and coordinating all client care services.
• Act as the primary contact during agency work hours and ensure availability via telecommunication when needed.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of agency staff, ensuring proper qualifications and assisting with disciplinary actions if required.
• Monitor that the  plan of care is implemented as prescribed, guaranteeing high standards of patient care.
• Conduct reassessments for client needs, ensuring timely evaluations when health conditions change, post-hospitalization, or upon physician requests.
• Lead and monitor training programs for nursing and home health aide staff, including new employee orientation and ongoing in-service education.

Compensation

• Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated RN with the following qualifications to join our team in Orlando, FL:

• Active  Registered Nurse (RN)license in the state of Florida.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role managing nursing staff and service delivery.
• Expertise in providing care for pediatric patients, with a strong understanding of  private duty nursing and  Medicaid services .
• Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
