COBOL Developer

This role will be joining a highly visible and dynamic support team responsible for healthcare applications. You will be working with applications that support internal claim services to external Blue plans and a new, branding line for out of state customers. Daily, will work both collaboratively and independently to knock out assigned projects, writing code for system designs, enhancing existing programs, technical specifications for single programs, and working with other Developers in this Mainframe environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience with IBM mainframe operating system.
· 3 years of experience of COBOL development required.
· Experience in an enterprise, DB2 environment preferred.
· Current experience with JCL preferred.
· Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
· Flexible team player.
· Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field desired.
