Job Overview

Macallan Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This is a hands-on, full-time position where you'll lead on-site operations for both new construction and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors effectively.
Conduct weekly toolbox safety meetings.
Interpret and enforce building codes and OSHA regulations.
Perform hands-on work as needed to support progress.
Read, interpret, and anticipate challenges within construction drawings.
Maintain and manage schedules using Microsoft Project.
Interface professionally with clients, owners, inspectors, and tradespeople.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
Submit field documentation and support project reporting needs.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
Proven ability to read construction drawings and manage complex schedules.
Strong communication skills-able to interact confidently with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Basic skills in carpentry or trades are a plus.
Certified OSHA 10-Hour (required).
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
References required.
