Jack Laurie Specialty Surfaces is seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Epoxy Flooring and Polished Concrete Subcontractors to join our team for ongoing projects in the Indianapolis area. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for the installation of both epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete in commercial settings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial epoxy and/or Polished Concrete flooring installation
- Must have your own insurance (liability and workers' compensation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on job sites
Responsibilities:
- Install epoxy flooring systems or Polished Concrete Finishes according to project specifications
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues as they arise
