Position Overview: The Industrial Concept Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional packaging designs. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in industrial design, with a strong focus on plastics. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, consumer-minded design, and a deep understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative plastic packaging concepts that align with client requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and production, to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial design, with a focus on plastic packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional packaging designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
