PAY: $16.78 - 18.00/H
SCHEDULE: 1st Shift 5AM-3:30 PM Monday - Friday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely operates over head cranes, and straddle crane, and is capable of climbing ladders.
  • Sets-up and level unit bases using laser level.
  • Installs perimeter angles, Reconnects, INT, EXT, Wall, roofs, and roof trim with minor supervision.
  • Performs good finish caulking, and knowledge of construction manual of what to caulk and when it applies.
  • Verifies correct components installed in units.
  • Responsible for filling out JRM books.
  • Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
  • Looks up drawings on Shop Floor Viewer as needed.
  • Can find work instructions, and operating instructions from QMS manual when required.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience REQUIRED.
  • Read and write English.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
  • Knowledge of company safety policies.
  • Able to read Tape measure.
  • Must have good problem solving skills.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to touch, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
