Job Description

A Content Creator is responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Their duties include creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to audience interactions on social media channels, and analyzing social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. This role is crucial in building brand loyalty, fostering community engagement, and driving traffic to the company's digital platforms. Proficiency in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design is essential.

Qualifications

  • Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
  • Willingness to stand for long periods of time
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Scheduling: 

  • Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
  • Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
