Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide expert recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and itinerary planning
• Research and stay updated on travel trends, deals, and exclusive promotions
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and budget
• Utilize booking platforms to manage reservations and process payments
• Offer exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips
• Network with potential clients and build strong relationships within the travel industry
• Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies
• Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions
Qualifications and Skills
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences

• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle travel inquiries efficiently
• Basic computer skills and comfort with online booking systems (training provided)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
