We are looking for five hourly sales agents with evening and weekend availability to join our busy season team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the travel industry with a renowned franchise and a great work environment!
**What Does a Travel Agent Do?**
- Plan, sell, and book cruises.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and build a referral system for repeat business.
- Offer amazing discounts through our corporate, agency, and exclusive discount programs.
**Requirements**
- Previous sales experience in the cruise industry and/or cruise travel experience.
- Full-time availability.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet work environment.
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Background in cruising (either in sales or personal experience).

**Position Details**
- Work from home position.
- Incoming calls directed to your home, monitored for training purposes.
- Hourly position paying $15/hour with bonus potential, paid time off, and health benefits.
- Assistance from our customer service department to maximize new incoming call volume.
- Opportunity to receive an IATA and CLIA card.
- No fees associated with this position; all costs for becoming a certified agent are covered.
