As a customer service associate you will be responsible for handling shipping and packaging needs. This includes typing and printing shipping labels, properly packaging items, and handling POS transactions. Also, learning printing, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed. Other duties include mail and package sorting. All these responsibilities will be a part of training. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour but is reviewed at least twice annually.
