Job Description

Requirements:

Native speaker of Bengali, proficient in English, be able to understand Hindi is a plus;
Have a certain understanding of chat App and possess the ability to learn quickly;
Have a certain knowledge of using office productivity software;
Possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proactive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsible for the quality of customer service for the Bengali speaking region on chat App, promptly correcting any errors through quality assurance methods, and evaluating the performance of customer service;
Skilled at identifying issues within the customer service team and providing timely feedback to team leader for optimization and improvement;
Regularly provide quality inspection data analysis and develop customer service improvement plans based on the analysis results;
Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.
