About the Role
As we expand our innovative healthcare solutions, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and impact of AI-powered products like Virtual Care Assistants and AI Ambient Scribes. Your contributions will help healthcare organizations transform their practices, streamline processes, and deliver measurable improvements in both clinical efficiency and patient care. By collaborating closely with sales, product, and clinical teams, you'll ensure a seamless customer journey that maximizes the value of our AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to support the adoption of our AI solutions, ensuring smooth transitions to AI-enhanced workflows and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Healthcare Process Optimization: Build scalable processes for onboarding, training, and continuous success management that align with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements.
Clinical Impact Metrics: Establish and track success metrics that focus on clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and ROI. Develop dashboards to showcase the tangible impact of our AI solutions.
Clinical Partnership Development: Collaborate with our medical team to align success strategies with clinical best practices and healthcare delivery goals.
Customer Journey Enhancement: Map and optimize the customer journey from traditional practices to AI-enabled care delivery, identifying opportunities to streamline adoption and maximize value.
Voice of Healthcare Program: Create and manage a structured program to collect, analyze, and act on feedback from clinicians and staff to inform product development and service improvements.
Success Team Development: Work with the Customer Success team to build a foundation for scaling, including creating healthcare-specific playbooks and best practices.
Required Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years in customer success, with 2+ years managing strategic accounts or leading customer success teams.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to create and execute strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Process Excellence: Experience in building and optimizing scalable customer success processes and playbooks.
Data Analysis: Expertise in using data to demonstrate customer value and ROI.
Guidance: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Change Management: Background in guiding organizations through technological transformations.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of AI technologies in healthcare settings.
Communication: Strong ability to engage with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
Nice to Have

Healthcare Technology: Experience in healthcare organizations or healthcare technology products.
AI/ML Experience: Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and their implementation in enterprise settings.
Tool Expertise: Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Segment, Vitally) and data visualization tools.
Clinical Setting Knowledge: Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Product-Led Growth: Experience supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions in B2B software.
