We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and guidance. You'll work closely with customers in the security industry, including correctional facilities and law enforcement agencies, to ensure they effectively utilize our innovative security imaging technology.

What You'll Do:

Onboard New Clients: Guide new customers through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Deliver Expert Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our products.
Provide Exceptional Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, answer client questions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to improve our offerings.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 78,185.00 Per Year
