In this role, you will:

Onboard and guide customers through successful product implementation and adoption.
Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and drive opportunities for customer growth and expansion.
Act as a product expert and advocate for customer needs.
What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, consulting, or support.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus.
A positive and collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic.
