Job Description

Job Summary:
uBriGene Biosciences is seeking a Customer Support & Inside Sales Representative to support and expand our cell and gene therapy CRO services. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and clients, focusing on customer engagement and sales growth. A background in biology is preferred, especially with experience in iPSC and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding CRO services.
  • Provide timely and professional support to existing and potential clients.
  • Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Inside Sales:

  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate and nurture sales opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with production, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Provide customer feedback to refine service offerings and marketing strategies.

Industry Engagement:

  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent uBriGene.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
  • Preferred experience with iPSC, cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
