SEWS—El Paso Customer Service Center (Eastside).Although located at SEWS – El Paso Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in office and off-site work.Associates are required to work at least two days in the office each week, but also have the flexibility to work off-site.
Job Title Customs Analyst
The person hired for this position will have the responsibility auditing the cbp. 7501’s entry summaries arriving from various US customs brokers. Preparing various excel reports for US brokers so payment for invoices can be done as soon as possible. Prepare/send invoices via Medius for payment. Help with part number eligibility USMCA. Issue the paperwork (RHC Form) for rework shipments. Audit import 7501 entry summary documents package. Contact Canadian, Mexican, and US Customs Brokers. Provide Customs clearance instructions to Customs Brokers and Forwarders. Assist in SEWS Customs department in all US Customs duties by supplying technical support in all processes according with US Customs Laws and Regulations
