About Us

We are a small group childcare facility located in Dayton, TN. Our main goal is to provide a safe, loving and educational environment for all children. We strive for all families and children we encounter to feel loved, valued, and safe! We believe setting this type of framework early on will encourage children to develop and reach their full potential as they grow!

General Position Description

You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, overseeing their physical care, implementing age-appropriate educational activities, all while ensuring children's safety and well-being according to established guidelines; essentially acting as a primary caregiver and educator for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers during the day.

Duties

Observe and monitor children's play activities
Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, and meals served
Prepare food for children and serve meals and refreshments to children at designated times.
Clean common areas
Organize and participate in recreation activities
Help children have fun with classmates and learn new things.

Requirements

CPR/First Aid certified (will assist in getting certified)
High School Diploma
Background Check
