We are a small group childcare facility located in Dayton, TN. Our main goal is to provide a safe, loving and educational environment for all children. General Position Description

You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, overseeing their physical care, implementing age-appropriate educational activities, all while ensuring children's safety and well-being according to established guidelines; essentially acting as a primary caregiver and educator for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers during the day.

Duties

• Observe and monitor children's play activities
• Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, and meals served
• Prepare food for children and serve meals and refreshments to children at designated times.
• Clean common areas
• Organize and participate in recreation activities
• Help children have fun with classmates and learn new things.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified (will assist in getting certified)
• High School Diploma
• Background Check
