Job Description

We are looking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join a well established company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our diverse range of products, including hardware, housewares, electronics, and more. This role will involve driving online engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads to support our business growth.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, including Google Ads and social media ads.
• Manage company website updates, content creation, and optimization for improved user experience and search rankings.
• Oversee and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, wholesale, or retail industries.
• Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with website management and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
